Here's What's Happening

Really not that much . . . . Gus and I ended up going to Alyeska the following weekend, because the weather was nice again and I knew it wouldn't last long.  I decided to use my downhill skis because then I wouldn't have to work so hard to keep up with him.  His snowboarding skills continued to improve, and he will have to keep himself whole (i.e. no broken bones) to go next season as the ski hill is now closed.
While we were experiencing our nice stretch of weather, I was able to persuade Wyatt to climb the Butte, our local 800 ft. elevation, 1 hour long hike, with Gus and me.  Of course allowing the friend to come along and ice cream after completion makes it easier.

We spent Easter weekend at the cabin attempting to finish up the inside trim work.  It seems like every weekend for the past year, we've been saying, "we are almost done!"  Only it isn't, but now we are down to one more loft railing and the door trim.  Other than that it is as good as it is going to get on the inside.

Once the snow melts (spring happens about a month later at the property) and the driveway dries up . . . .
. . . . . we plan to attack the trim and windows on the outside.
