We spent the weekend at the property doing the log work on the cabin. While we were far from working slaves all weekend, we did put in quite a few hours of work and still only managed to peel a few logs, get the outside braced, and 3/4's of a ladder completed for the loft. ![](https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEggd4uIby-LSLakvMrtF9vUFSJPP4fedcuf9kclq5uWbAs8PEgSyqcUcPaC797M-wIyHzvqSjpYJs9wn9PlV6bG01T6XSE_hMSVAtFjuGs7Op-woPzKBjLdCNN53PtCytSauu2pmegxXhI/s400/Property+001.jpg)

The roads out to the property were bare and muddy, but there was anywhere from 3 - 10 inches of snow depending on where I tried walking. I did make may way up to the top of the hill to take some pictures, where the next cabin would go if we ever had the time, energy, and money. ![](https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhx0z6DI4afqOE1VfHUM2t1CH1-HGOiPjbpZUHaxOfB8NAKKE-pPNxIzBO8c61TNZDDKuQbkH5gbvxPFy6pc4TvgPGvS5lKlc7HCYGZBNHerTmIEooaUC25X3RQkeIyo3A9ov7OVVjt4iE/s400/Property+005.jpg)
